88 Consent required to disturb improvements or particular roads When conducting authorised activities, the holder of a mineral title must not: (a) without the written consent of the landowner, damage or otherwise disturb improvements on land in the title area; or (b) without the written consent of the Minister responsible for administering the Control of Roads Act 1953, damage or otherwise disturb a Territory road; or Mineral Titles Act 2010 48 (c) without the written consent of the Minister responsible for administering the Local Government Act 2019, damage or otherwise disturb a council road.
