75 Grant to tenants in common
If the Minister grants a mineral title to 2 or more persons, the
mineral title is held by the persons as tenants in common:
(a) in the percentages specified in the mineral title (as indicated in
the application for the grant); or
(b) if no percentage is specified – in equal shares.
