66 Grant application – required information and notice (1) Each application for the grant of a mineral title must include a list of landowners whose land comprises all or part of the proposed title (2) No later than 14 days after lodging an application for the grant of a mineral title, the applicant must serve a notice of the making of the application on each landowner listed in the application. (3) The Minister may also require the applicant to serve a notice of the making of the application on other specified persons within a specified time. (4) No later than 14 days after service of a notice under this section, the applicant must give the Minister proof of service. Note for subsections (2) to (4) Under section 167, the Minister may extend the specified time.
