52 Renewal of EMP
(1) Before the end of the term of an EMP, the title holder may apply in
the approved form to the Minister for the renewal of the EMP for all
(2) The Minister may renew the EMP for a period not exceeding
5 years.
(3) The EMP may be renewed more than once.
