38 Conditions of ELR (1) The conditions of an ELR are: (a) the conditions specified in section 32 for an EL; and (b) the title holder must apply for the grant of a mineral lease if the mining and processing of minerals in the title area of the ELR becomes commercially viable. (2) The Minister may impose additional conditions on an ELR relevant to the evaluation of the commercial viability of mining and processing minerals found in the title area.
