26 Mineral exploration licence (1) A mineral exploration licence is a mineral title that gives the title (a) the right to occupy the title area specified in the EL; and (b) the exclusive right to conduct exploration for minerals in the title area and other activities specified in section 31; and (c) the exclusive right to apply for a mineral lease for all or part of the title area. (a) during the period the EL is in force; and (b) in accordance with this Act and the conditions of the EL.
