23 Multiple requirements for preliminary exploration (a) a person conducts or intends to conduct preliminary exploration on an area of land; and (b) more than one provision of this Part applies in relation to the land (for example, because it is pastoral land and also the title area of an EL). (2) The person must comply with each requirement under this Part for the land.
