171Release or publication of information

171 Release or publication of information (1) The Minister may release or publish information contained in a report given under section 94 only as prescribed by regulation. (2) A regulation may provide for matters relevant to the release or publication of information mentioned in subsection (1), including any of the following: (a) the information that must not be released or published; (b) the method of: (i) release of information to particular people; or (ii) publication of information; (c) the periods or circumstances when particular information may be released or published. (3) This section does not apply in relation to information kept in the register.
