166 Minister to give written notice of decisions and requirements (1) A decision, requirement, approval, consent, authorisation or notice made or given by the Minister under this Act must be in writing and served on the person to whom it is directed. (2) If the Minister decides to refuse an application made under this Act, the Minister must give the applicant a notice of the refusal that includes the reasons for the decision. (3) However, subsection (2) does not apply to an application prescribed by regulation.
