156 Liability of representative (1) It is not a defence to a prosecution for an offence against a provision of this Act that the defendant was, at the time of the commission of the offence, another person's representative.
Mineral Titles Act 2010 79 (2) However, it is a defence if the defendant proves the defendant was, at the time of the commission of the offence: (a) another person's representative; and (b) under the direct or indirect supervision of the other person.
