152 Obstruction of official (1) A person must not obstruct an official acting in an official capacity. (a) knows the official is acting in an official capacity; and (b) intentionally obstructs the official. (2) It is a defence to a prosecution for an offence against subsection (1) if the defendant establishes a reasonable excuse. obstruct includes resist and hinder. Mineral Titles Act 2010 78
