150 Entering into unlawful agreement about compensation A person commits an offence if the person: (a) enters into an agreement relating to the payment of compensation under section 107 or 108; and (b) the agreement is contrary to a provision of Part 5, Division 6 relating to an entitlement to, or the payment of, compensation. (a) intentionally enters into the agreement; and (b) is reckless about whether the agreement is contrary to a provision of Part 5, Division 6 relating to an entitlement to, or the payment of, compensation.
