149 Interference with authorised activities or rights A person must not interfere with: (a) authorised activities being conducted under a mineral title; or
Mineral Titles Act 2010 76 (b) the exercise by the title holder of a right under the mineral title or under an access authority granted to the title holder. Fault element: The person intentionally interferes with the authorised activities or the exercise of the right.
