132 When caveat ceases to be in force
(1) The caveat ceases to be in force if:
(a) it is withdrawn under subsection (2); or
(b) the Tribunal orders under section 133(3) that it be removed
from the register or cancelled; or
(c) section 134(1)(a) applies and no notice of continuance is

caveator must not lodge another caveat claiming the same interest
as specified in the cancelled caveat.
