128 Minister's certificates (1) The Minister may give a person a signed certificate, certifying a matter relating to particular information recorded in the register, if the person: (a) applies to the Minister for the certificate; and (b) pays the fee prescribed by regulation for the application. (2) A certificate mentioned in subsection (1), purporting to be signed by the Minister, is admissible in a proceeding as evidence of the matter certified.
