127Correction of register

127 Correction of register (1) On the Minister's own initiative or on application under subsection (3), the Minister may correct an error in the register. (2) The Minister must correct an error if satisfied the correction is necessary to ensure registration of accurate information relating to a mineral title or an application for the grant of a mineral title. (3) A person may apply to the Minister to correct the register in relation to any of the following matters: (a) the omission of information; (b) the erroneous inclusion of information; (c) an error or defect in information recorded.
