109 Written agreement relating to compensation (1) A person who may be entitled to compensation mentioned in section 107 or 108 may enter into a written agreement about the matter with a person who may be liable to pay the compensation. (2) However, an agreement mentioned in subsection (1) must not be inconsistent with this Division.
