108 Title holder's entitlement to compensation The holder of a mineral title is entitled to compensation from the holder of an access authority (the authority holder) for damage, and any loss suffered as a result of the damage, in relation to the title holder's interest in the title area because of the authority holder's entry into the title area or actions taken under the access authority.
