104 Request for surrender of all or part of EL title area (1) The Minister may give the holder of an EL a notice requesting the surrender of all or a specified part of the title area to enable the land to be used for a purpose beneficial to the Territory as prescribed by regulation. (2) The notice must give the holder of the EL 2 months in which to respond to the Minister's request and, if the holder does not respond within that time, the holder is taken to have agreed to the surrender.
