100 Variation of conditions of mineral title (1) This section applies only to conditions included in a mineral title by the Minister. (2) The Minister may decide to vary the conditions of a mineral title by taking one or more of the following actions: (a) amending a condition; (b) suspending a condition for a specified period; (c) removing a condition. (3) The Minister may make the decision: (a) on the Minister's initiative after consulting with the title holder; or
