95M Power to give directions S. 95M(1) amended by No. 84/2012 s. 5. (1) An inspector may give a direction (either orally or in writing) to a person at a worksite if the inspector reasonably believes that it is necessary to do so because of an immediate risk to public safety, the environment, land, property or infrastructure. (2) A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a direction given to the person under subsection (1). 1.
