91 Delegation by Chief Inspector The Chief Inspector may, by instrument— S. 91(a) amended by Nos 82/2000 s. 61(b), 6/2009 s. 34(2). (a) delegate to an inspector any power of the Chief Inspector; or S. 91(b) substituted by No. 63/2006 s. 47. (b) delegate any power of an inspector to— (i) any person employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004**; or S. 91(b)(ii) amended by No. 19/2018 s. 247. (ii) any employee of Parks Victoria established under the **Parks Victoria Act** **2018**— other than this power of delegation.
