89C Advertising of draft Code of Practice, variation or revocation (1) The Minister must give notice of— (a) any draft Code of Practice which the Minister proposes to make; (b) any variation of a Code of Practice which the Minister proposes to make; (c) any revocation of a Code of Practice which the Minister proposes to make. (a) state where a copy of the draft Code of Practice, variation or revocation (as the case requires) may be obtained; and (b) state that submissions may be made to the Minister within 28 days of the publication of the notice; and (c) be published— (i) in the Government Gazette; and (ii) in a newspaper circulating generally throughout the State. (3) Subsection (1) does not apply to any proposed variation to a Code of Practice— (a) to correct a clerical mistake; or (b) to correct an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or (c) to update references.
