36A Expedited procedure for replacement of invalidated title (a) a court or tribunal finds a licence to be wholly or partly invalid and the invalidity stems from circumstances that were beyond the control of the holder of the licence; and (b) the person who held the licence applies within 60 days after the finding to the Minister for the grant of a licence of the same type for all or part of the land covered by the former licence. (2) The Minister may grant the licence to the person without the need to comply with any procedural requirement that would usually apply to the grant of such a licence. (3) In granting a licence under this section, the Minister may impose any conditions the Minister considers to be appropriate on the licence. Pt 2 Div. 8 (Heading) inserted by No. 63/2006 s. 22.
