3 Commencement (1) Sections 1 to 125 and section 127 come into operation on a day to be proclaimed. (2) The remaining provisions of this Act, other than section 126(2) and item 18 of Schedule 1, come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed. S. 3(3)(4) repealed by No. 14/2025 s. 42.
