19Withdrawal of application

19 Withdrawal of application (1) An applicant for a licence may withdraw the application, either in whole or in part, by delivering a signed notice of withdrawal to the Minister. (2) A withdrawal takes effect on the delivery of the notice to the principal office of the Department Head. Ss 19, 20 amended by No. 76/1998 s. 31(b), repealed by No. 82/2000 s. 17.
