121 Immunity S. 121(1) amended by Nos 46/1998 (1) Nothing done or omitted to be done by the Department Head or an employee of the Department or a mining warden in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of a power or the discharge or purported discharge of a duty under this Act or the regulations subjects him or her personally to any liability.
