104 Costs (1) The costs of, and incidental to, an investigation by a mining warden are in the discretion of the mining warden and he or she has power to determine by whom, to whom and to what extent the costs are to be paid. (2) A determination by a mining warden as to costs may be enforced as if it were an order made by the Magistrates' Court in a civil proceeding for the payment of money.
