sec.8 Conditions— Act , s 81
For section 81 (1) (p) of the Act , the prescribed conditions to which a mining claim is subject are stated in— schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and if the claim is over occupied land— schedule 1 , item 4. See also part 5 .
