sec.47 Small scale mining code—Act, 391C

For section 391C (1) of the Act , the small scale mining code consists of parts 2 , 3 and 4 of the document called ‘Small scale mining code’ published by the department. The chief executive must— keep a copy of the code and a record of each part of the code including, for example, the dates of when each part was published or superseded; and ensure an up-to-date copy of the code and the record are available on the department’s website.
