sec.4 Conditions— Act , s 25
For section 25 (2) of the Act , the prescribed conditions to which a prospecting permit is subject are stated in— schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and if the permit applies to occupied land— schedule 1 , items 4 to 6. See also part 5 .
- (a) schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and
