sec.22 Conditions— Act , s 276
For section 276 (1) (n) of the Act , the conditions to which a mining lease is subject are the conditions stated in— schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and if the lease applies to occupied land— schedule 1 , item 4. See also part 5 .
