sec.13 Conditions— Act , s 194
For section 194 (1) (k) of the Act , the prescribed conditions to which a mineral development licence is subject are stated in— schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and if the licence applies to occupied land— schedule 1 , items 4 to 6. See also part 5 .
