sec.12 Conditions— Act , s 141
For section 141 (1) (i) of the Act , the prescribed conditions to which an exploration permit is subject are stated in— schedule 1 , items 1 to 3; and if the permit applies to occupied land— schedule 1 , items 4 and 5. See also part 5 .
