### 67W Application for transfer of production licence
> > (1) A licensee may apply to the Minister for approval to transfer a licence.
>
> > (2) An application is to be –
> >
> > > > (a) in an approved form; and
> > >
> > > > (b) accompanied by the executed instrument of transfer; and
> > >
> > > > (c) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
> > >
> > > > (d) lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the transfer is executed.

> > (3) The Registrar may extend the period referred to in [subsection (2)(d)](#GS67W@Gs2@Hpd@EN) if the Registrar is satisfied that it is reasonable to do so.

> > (4) The Registrar, by notice in writing, is to notify of an application lodged under this section in relation to a licence any person who has lodged a caveat under [Part 10](#HP10@EN) in relation to the licence.
>
> > (5) A notice under [subsection (4)](#GS67W@Gs4@EN) is to be sent by certified mail within 14 days after the application is lodged.
>
> > (6) A person who has lodged a caveat under [Part 10](#HP10@EN) in relation to a licence may, within 14 days after receipt of the notice under [subsection (5)](#GS67W@Gs5@EN) , object to the Mining Tribunal against an application for approval to transfer the licence.
