### 67U Production without licence > A person must not carry out production activities for Category 4 minerals or Category 6 minerals unless the person – > > > > (a) is the holder of a production licence in relation to the minerals; or > > > > > (b) is authorised by the holder of the licence to carry out production activities; or > > > > > (c) is a person acting under a contract of service, or a contract for services, with the holder of the licence; or > > > > > (d) has the written consent of the holder of the licence to do so. > > Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
