59 Term of retention licence
(1) [Section 59 Subsection (1) amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 65, Applied:28 Jun 2013] A licence, unless revoked earlier or extended under subsection (2) , is in force for a period, not exceeding 5 years, as the Minister determines.
(2) The Minister may extend the term of a licence for any period or periods each not exceeding 5 years.
