### 51 Objection to retention licence
> > (1) [*\[Section 51 Subsection (1) amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 19, Applied:21 Nov 2017\]*](/view/html/inforce/2017-11-21/act-2017-044#GS19@EN) Any person with an interest or estate in land within the area specified in a notice published under [section 50](#GS50@EN) [(2)](#GS50@Gs2@EN) [(b)](#GS50@Gs2@Hpb@EN) , or who is the holder of a mineral tenement in respect of such land, may object to the granting of the application for a licence in respect of that land.

> > > > (b) specify the grounds; and

> > > > (c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
