### 40 Objection to special exploration licence

> > (2) An objection is to –

> > > > (a) be in writing; and
> > >
> > > > (b) specify the grounds; and
> > >
> > > > (c) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
> > >
> > > > (d) be lodged with the Registrar within 28 days after the date of the publication of the notice under [section 39](#GS39@EN) .
