37 Term of consolidated exploration licence
(1) [Section 37 Subsection (1) amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 31, Applied:28 Jun 2013] Subject to subsection (2) , a consolidated licence is in force for a period of 5 years from the date on which the application for the earliest licence was granted.
(2) The Director may determine –
(a) the term of a consolidated licence; and
(b) the commencement day of the licence.
