22 Exploration licence for small areas

(1)  [Section 22 Subsection (1) amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 20, Applied:28 Jun 2013] The Minister may, under section 17 , grant an application for a licence to a person in respect of an area no greater than one square kilometre.
