204A Reporting guidelines

(1) [Section 204A Subsection (1) amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 48, Applied:21 Nov 2017] The Minister may issue guidelines for the preparation of mineral tenement reports and returns under this Act by licensees or lessees.
(2) The guidelines may specify –
(a) [Section 204A Subsection (2) amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 48, Applied:21 Nov 2017] the form in which mineral tenement reports and returns under this Act are to be prepared; and
(b) [Section 204A Subsection (2) amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 48, Applied:21 Nov 2017] the matters that mineral tenement reports and returns under this Act are to contain.
