202 False and misleading statements
A person, in giving any information or making any return under this Act, must not –
(a) make a statement knowing it to be false or misleading; or
(b) omit any matter from a statement knowing that without that matter that statement is misleading.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
