198 Forfeiture of security deposit

A licensee or lessee may forfeit any security deposit or part of a security deposit –

(a) if the licensee or lessee fails to comply with a condition of the licence or lease; or

(ab) [Section 198 Amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 47, Applied:21 Nov 2017] if the licensee or lessee fails to provide an annual report or final report within the required period; or

(b) if the Minister revokes the licence or lease; or

(c) for any other reason the Minister determines.
