189 Copies of records and plans
A licensee or lessee is to –
(a) [Section 189 Amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 126, Applied:28 Jun 2013] submit to the Director a copy of records, plans, or information, kept under this Part as and when, and in the manner and form, required by the Director; and
(b) [Section 189 Amended by No. 24 of 2013, s. 126, Applied:28 Jun 2013] permit the Director to examine any record, plans, or information, kept under this Part.
