### 181 Rehabilitation of Mining Lands Trust Fund > > (1)  [*\[Section 181 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019\]*](/view/html/inforce/2019-07-01/act-2017-004#JS1@Ja73@GC3@EN) There is established in the Public Account an account called the Rehabilitation of Mining Lands Trust Fund. > > > (2)  The Rehabilitation Trust Fund consists of – > > > > > > (a) any money appropriated by Parliament for the purposes of this Part; and > > > > > > > (b) any money received from the sale of any building, machinery or property vested in the Crown under [section 105](#GS105@EN) [(4)](#GS105@Gs4@EN) ; and > > > > > > > (c) any security deposit or part of a security forfeited by the Minister under [section 198](#GS198@EN) ; and > > > > > > > (d) any other money received for the purpose of this Part; and > > > > > > > (e) any money the Treasurer directs to be paid into the Rehabilitation Trust Fund.
