### 175 Interest in mineral tenement > > (1)  The interest of any person in a mineral tenement passes – > > > > > > (a) to his or her personal representative, on death; or > > > > > > > (b) to the trustee or liquidator, in the case of a bankruptcy. > > > (2)  If a person has made a bequest of an interest in a mineral tenement in his or her will, the executor or administrator is to notify the Director of that bequest within 7 days after assenting to the bequest.
