### 161D Revocation or amendment of landslip area order > [*\[Section 161D Inserted by No. 24 of 2003, s. 4, Applied:04 Jun 2003\]*](/view/html/inforce/2003-06-04/act-2003-024#GS4@EN) > > > (1)  The Minister on the recommendation of the Director may, by order – > > > > > > (a) revoke an order made under [section 161B](#GS161B@EN) ; or > > > > > > > (b) amend the order by – > > > > > > > > > > (i) changing the category of the landslip area; or > > > > > > > > > > > (ii) altering the area of the landslip area. > > > (2)  The Minister must cause an order under [subsection (1)](#GS161D@Gs1@EN) to be registered in accordance with [section 161C](#GS161C@EN) as soon as practicable after making the order. > > > (3)  The provisions of [sections 161B](#GS161B@EN) and [161C](#GS161C@EN) apply to an order under this section by which – > > > > > > (a) land that is not part of a landslip area becomes part of one; or > > > > > > > (b) land in a B landslip area becomes part of an A landslip area.
