154 Purchase of plant and equipment
(1) The Minister may purchase any plant, machinery, vehicle or equipment necessary or desirable for the purposes of this Part.
(2) The Minister may lease any plant, machinery, vehicle or equipment on any terms and conditions the Minister considers appropriate.
