148 Compensation agreement for damage to improvement
(1) [Section 148 Subsection (1) amended by No. 44 of 2017, s. 43, Applied:21 Nov 2017] A licensee or lessee may enter into an agreement with a Crown lessee or Crown licensee or a holder of a forestry right as to the amount of compensation payable under section 147 .
(2) A licensee or lessee is to lodge a copy of the agreement with the Director.
